Couple (23) seeking house in Waterford, Ireland

Hi, my name is Niamh, myself and my boyfriend are both nurses who have taken full time jobs around the area and are interested in this property. We are non- smokers and own no pets. We have both rented properties before in the past and have had no issues with landlords and neighbours. I am currently renting a property in waterford but due to landlord remodeling the house we have to vacate the house before August 12th. We are available to move in as soon as the property is available. As I am from Offaly, I have to get accommodation in Waterford as I work in University hospital Waterford and it would not be possible to commute for every shift. I have a landlord reference.
