Roommates (42) seeking house in Dublin

My friend and I are looking for a two-bed apartment or house in Dublin, preferably within the canals. Ideally, we would like to move within the next three weeks. We have gathered the relevant documents regarding employment status (I am self-employed with average net income of €34k over past five years; he is in full-time employment) as well as landlord references etc. We are available for viewings most evenings and weekends.
