Hello, My name is Anastasia. My friend Adelaida, her teenage daughter, and I are actively looking for a place to live in your city. I am officially employed — I have one full-time job and a part-time position as well. I am also studying, and Adelaida is currently studying and doing her university internship. Her daughter goes to school. We are all women with no bad habits — very decent, kind, and hardworking people. We like to improve the homes we live in, so even if your property has some minor issues with the renovation, that’s not a problem at all. We can easily take care of them ourselves — we are quite handy and creative. We have a good sense of design and love plants and gardens. If the house has a garden, that would be absolutely wonderful! That’s why your home caught our attention, and we would love to come and see it as soon as possible. Could you please let us know when a viewing would be possible, and what documents or information you might need from us? We are interested in a long-term rental, ideally for a year or more.
