Family (34) seeking house in Dublin

Hello. We are a family of three — Artem and Albina Dobriakov, and our 9-year-old son Ivan — currently looking for long-term rental accommodation in Ireland. We recently relocated from Ukraine and are settling into our new life here. I, Artem, Sole trader, co-owner of an online store and am also actively seeking IT job opportunities in Ireland. My wife, Albina, is a homemaker, and our son will be attending school locally. Since we own a car, the availability of parking is important to us. As new arrivals, we do not yet have rental references in Ireland. However, we previously owned our home in Ukraine and understand the importance of maintaining a good relationship with neighbors and being responsible, quiet tenants. We are happy to provide any necessary documentation to support our application, including ID and we are open to background or reference checks.
