We are a small, quiet family of two adults — mother (60) and daughter (35). We are looking for a long-term rental and are ready to move in at your convenience. About us: – The mother is a professional seamstress with over 20 years of experience, – The daughter is a videographer, photographer, and editor with a personal website in Ireland. We are very clean, respectful, and reliable tenants. We don’t smoke or drink and live a calm, organized lifestyle. We are currently taking driving lessons and preparing to purchase a car. We have experience living with an Irish family, where we helped maintain a clean household, regularly assisted with cleaning, and walked their Samoyed dog. We also have a cat. She is spayed, very calm and tidy. Our previous landlord can confirm that she has never caused any damage and is always well-kept.
