Family (46) seeking house in County Carlow

Hello. I know it is difficult with housing now, but anyway, maybe someone will respond. Myself and my partner and his daughter ( 13 years old girl ), are looking for a nice property to rent, in Co., Carlow or Kilkenny area, for long term. we are both full-time workers. Responsible, tidy and respectfully tenants, no pets. Always paid in time. Our landlord, wants to move back into the house. We have excellent referents letter from landlord and our job.
