Family (46) seeking house in Dublin

Good Morning and Happy New Year! Your Agency may be able to help me,My Family to find a long term dwelling due to our Landlords intension to sell his property in mid February. We received Notice of Termination of Lease on 16.08 and have to vacate property by 16th of february this year. Few words about us. We are Latvian Family of 4 living at 61 Earlsfort road,Lucan,Co.Dublin We all are Non drinkers,smokers,don’t have pets Me,husband,son Armand and my sister Meriama. We all are Non drinkers,smokers,don’t have pets. We been living in our present Housing Estate for last 15years.In 48 Earlsfort road-7 years and at present house No.61 for last 8 years. Im working in DHL since 2017 at Horizon Businness Park,Airport preparing drugs,medicine made here by Pharma Companies for shipments abroad etc. My husband, Edmund Meijers worked for Jones Engineering based in Guinness Brewery since 2004 as pipe welder/fitter. At the moment he is recovering from knee operation and will go back to work as soon as deemed fit. He receives Construction Federation Pension Schemes sick pay +State payment at the moment so has stable income to support Family.And also has set up small steel stair fabricating Businness in Latvia. Our son,Armand,Just graduated from school ,did well and got his desired course of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at TUD in Grangegorman in first round offers. My sister ,Meriama,works in Hospital Catering Services since 2023.She`s been living with us since 2022. We have two Landlords references, 7 and 8 years which shows that we don’t change house after one agreement.We are interested in long time renting and when agreement ends always willing to sign new contract if Landlord is happy with us. We are searching for 3-4 bedroom house with some back garden shed ideally in Northside or in surrounding areas,Towns House can be unfurnished too because we have our own furniture. Our budget can be 2500-2700e if you have some some 4 bed unfurnished house please. I mentioned shed because we have bicycles and husband has some tools what he uses for work in his trade and needs somewhere to store them when not in use.
