We are 3 responsible and respectful girls currently studying and working in Dundalk, looking for a clean and well-maintained house or apartment to rent long-term, preferably close to DkIT. We are quiet, non-smokers, and spend a lot of time at college and work. One of us has a well-behaved indoor cat, and we would be happy to discuss a higher deposit if needed.
