Me and my friend are looking for a long-term home in Cork. We are both EU citizens with stable employment. I work part-time as a Café All Rounder and she is an Office Director. We are financially responsible and can provide proof of employment, proof of income, references, and any other documentation required. We are clean, tidy, respectful and quiet tenants with a calm lifestyle. We are looking for a comfortable place to call home for the long term and will take excellent care of the property. We also have two well-cared-for indoor cats. They are litter-trained, strictly indoor pets, and have never caused damage to a property.
