Female (27) seeking house in County Donegal

Hello. My name is Victoria. I am looking for accommodation for myself, my 2 sons (4 and 6 years old) and my mother. At the moment I live in a house that is far from the city and everything I need (shops, hospital, work, school). I don't have a car so I can't find a job, the school bus doesn't bring my children home, so I have to walk to pick them up, despite the weather and the fact that we walk along the road with the children. So I am looking for a place closer to the city. Can i rent your accommodation under the arp programme? I will pay for the rest on my own. Many regards
