Female (53) seeking house in Gorey

Me I am self employed Embalmer for 25 years in business and a homeowner 20 years. I have however reference of character letter from two of my clients . Need to relocate ASAP to be near my work . I value privacy and isolation. Work days and or nights answering to my clients 24hours a day. I do not travel . If not working I’m home . Don’t do holidays . I work . Hobbies : I valley hearses and limousines on my spare time . Important : I have dogs I have a licence and I am IKC and FCI registered. My dogs are small and toy breed . I have a system of pens and crates and an exercise pen will be provided by me outside for them. They do not roam , nor are let out unattended. They are adults and I do not breed . They do not cause damages to things nor are interested in them. They are my only family . The house: preferably isolated and with privacy . I do not need it to be near anything. But no more than ten miles outside Gorey ,I drive and will have my two jeeps I use for work . Parking and back garden area essential. I don’t care for new homes ,nor BER . I’m allergic to carpets and prefer real floors that I can mop . What I need is a working kitchen a bathroom and three or four bedrooms plenty of room for my things . I have my own furniture. But would not say no to a kitchen table . If you have furniture I can place it all on one of the bedrooms till end of the tenancy . So no wear and tear of your things . I am mindful of other people’s things . And I like space . The landlord : someone intelligent that understands I am adaptable and reasonable, I won’t be bothering you about anything ,I appreciate loyalty and respect.
