Male (39) seeking house in Cork

Hi, I am a 39 year-old man looking for a place to live where I can hopefully settle in. I don't like to party and want to live in a nice quiet place. I have my own car. I work in Hollyhill, Cork, in a tech company, have a side job and a secure income. I’m looking for a long term rental and I’m available to move in immediately. I have been living in my current place for 2 years now and have references from my landlord. Can provide references from my employer if needed be.
