Male (53) seeking room in Dublin

I am looking for accommodation for one person. I love home comfort and cleanliness. My things are always in their places. When my surroundings are in order, my mind is in order. I used to work as an executive in an insurance company and was in IT. Now I'm looking for a job. Having a place to live in Dublin or other sities increases my chances of finding a job that suits me. My name is Khiram. I'm 53 years old. I like coffee, but no more than one cup a day. I like yoga and walking in nature. I don't have pats or small children. I like to spend time in silence working on my laptop. I would appreciate it if the landlord would allow me to rent under the ARP program (800 euro per month and non-taxable). I am willing to pay extra on top and also for utilities.
