Male (59) seeking townhouse in Cork

hello ,i currently live and own a house in maryborough woods, due to the property being sold in the coming months i am looking to rent( long long term) a property( HOUSE, TOWNHOUSE , APARTMENT) in the maryborough hill/old carragaline road area is my wish but I would snap up the oppurtunity to rent in my beloved maryborough woods as i have lived here since 2003...ideally a house with minimum 3 bedrooms as i have twin girls attending local seconday school...i can provide references , many of which would be from present and past neighbours! Any property that Iam lucky to rent would be treated like I own it, I am a handy man, a mechanical engineer by trade( although retired), so i can tackle and fix the majority of domestic issues and problem with utilities....
