Family (46) seeking house in Dublin

We are a reliable and respectful family of five (two adults and three children aged 8, 12, and 14) looking for a long-term rental. We have been living at the same address for the past 11 years and have an excellent rental history. Rent has always been paid on time, and we have never had any complaints from neighbours or issues with previous landlords. We look after the property very well and treat it with care. We have been approved under the HAP scheme for the past 5 years, with payments made consistently and without any delays. References from our current landlord can be provided upon request.
