Family (57) seeking apartment in Dublin

I am looking for a 2 bed apartment possibly new build or near enough to for my 2 sons 29 and 24. They are new to renting so will have employer's references. They are good decent respectable lads and would make ideal tenants for any landlord with a view to long term renting. Both work fulltime and both drive but would like something near the Luas as they work in the city centre and also parking for 2 cars. I am helping them to find somewhere as it's not easy being first time renters getting onto the property ladder so I'm hoping they will be given a chance to prove they will be as good a tenant as anyone else.
