Female (36) seeking apartment in Dublin

Hi! I'm Bianca, I'm 36 and I've been in Ireland since April/23. I'm very responsible, as I've been living by myself for about 10 years now, in different places, so I've learned how to take good care of the house I live in. I'd be moving together with two of my best friends, Mariana and Gabriela, both 33. We are all tidy and clean, and since we have different schedules, our place is always silent. We all have 2 jobs. We are looking for a place to stay for at least one year, as we are much more stable in Dublin now. We can provide references and financial proof.
