Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Evan Seveno, I am 24 years old and currently in Ireland. I have just accepted a full-time position with SAPlanscape in Ballygoran, west of Dublin, starting this Monday, and I am urgently looking for a rental nearby. I will be in the area from March 30 to May 31. I am responsible, calm, easy-going, non-smoking, and I have a car, which makes me flexible for viewings. My rental budget is up to €850 per month, although I would welcome anything below this if possible. I am looking for a room or small apartment within a 30-minute commute of my workplace.
