I’ve recently completed my studies at the University of Galway and will be graduating officially in September 2025. With my classes now finished, I’m planning to move to Dublin to actively search for job opportunities in the IT industry, which has always been a dream of mine to return to. I’m originally from India and have previously lived independently in Japan, so I’m very comfortable managing things on my own. I’m also an extremely clean and tidy person, so you can be assured the apartment will be well looked after. Your listing caught my interest, as it seems like a great fit both in terms of space and budget. I’d love to know if the studio is still available for viewing. Also, could you please clarify whether the rent includes utilities such as electricity, gas, and internet, or if those are billed separately?
