Male (38) seeking studio in Dublin

Dear Landlord, I hope you are well. I am a clean, quiet, respectful and friendly single man who is looking for a studio for minimum one year. Please read my details below: Reason: I have to move because my landlord sold the property. Since August 2020 I live in the same house and I have a checkable reference letter from my current landlord that proves that I am a good tenant. Origin: I have two home countries. I grew up in Serbia, I have friends, relatives a house and lands there. Both of my parents were teachers and farmers in the same time. In 2000 they sent me to the Hungarian capital to study and later I worked there as a graphic designer. My brother and many of my friends live in Budapest. I moved to Ireland in 2015. Education: I've art and design educational background. My original profession is graphic designer and now I'm just finishing my studies at UCD - UX Design Institute this month. My objective is to get a designer job in the tech sector in the future. Profession: I work full-time at The Drunken Cookie (checkable) and I've multiple tasks there like driving, maintenance, kitchen work, online orders, design, branding, sales, administration, stock management, cleaning... Sometimes I work as a freelancer graphic designer from home too. Lifestyle: I keep a strict diet. I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol or very rarely. I exercise mostly with my own bodyweight and I take a cold shower daily (cold water therapy). I ride my e-bike, that is my main transportation but I also use my small company van a couple days weekly. Interests: Art, history, design, architecture, literature, philosophy, music, politics, science, nature, technology, e-bikes, cars, agriculture, house renovation, gardening, machinery...
