Couple (34) seeking apartment in Dublin

Hello, hope you are doing well. I am a female working professional in my 30's looking for a place to live. My office is on Ringsend Road, Dublin 04. I am working full-time as a BIM Engineer in Arup, an Engineering Consultant firm, on critical skills work visa (Stamp 1). I will be getting my stamp 4 this October. No of tenants: 1 for now( my husband will join me next year) No of children: 0 Any pets: no Preferred move-in date: immediately My current salary is €62,004 annually. I don’t smoke. I dont have a car. I’m fully ready to pay the security deposit as soon as needed and can provide any supporting documents you may require. Please let me know when I can come for a viewing.
