Couple (37) seeking apartment in Dublin

Good day, I trust you are doing well. My husband and I are very interested in occupying your rental space. We are a married couple in our mid-30s; my husband is a Civil Engineer and I am a Technical Specialist in the food industry. We do not have pets, do not smoke, and will enjoy an occasional light drink. We enjoy hiking, long walks, and cooking together in our free time. We are looking for a more spacious place in a peaceful neighborhood. Additionally, I have just acquired a new position at a company close to the airport, and this would help immensely with the commute. We have never been evicted and have no criminal records. We have the deposit and first month's rent available immediately. We would happily provide all necessary documents, including reference letters from our previous rental agencies and three months' proof of income.
