Hello, My name is Iryna. I'm from Ukraine. I have temporary protected status in Ireland. I arrived in Ireland on May 25th 2022 and stayed with an Irish host family in Dublin the entire time. This is my first social resettlement. I am very interested in renting your home for a period of 1 year. And I would like to rent this housing for eight hundred euros per month under the social program for Ukrainians APR. The state will pay this money to you every month, I think it will be profitable and reliable for me and for you. I'll write a little bit about myself: I am 30 years old. At this moment I have a job in Mater Private Hospital. I flew to Ireland alone, but I want my mom to move to Ireland and I will be happy to live with my mom, because now she lives in Poland and it’s too hard for us because we’re so far apart. I don’t have any children. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I lead a healthy lifestyle. Back in Ukraine, we were running a women's clothing shop and a fabric. I lived in the city Odessa. Therefore, from the first days of war, I had to evacuate and decide to move, since my business was destroyed. I chose Ireland because there was good support and assistance from the government here from the very first days. Volunteers helped quickly to draw up a lease agreement under this program. Also, I would like to mention, according to this ARP program, these eight hundred euros will not be taxed for you. If you are interested in my proposal to conclude a lease agreement for a year through the ARP program for Ukrainians, eight hundred euros per month, please reply to this email. Regards, Iryna Titovets
