I have had management roles for 9+ years. My income comfortably covers the rent for this property. References and proof of income/savings are readily available on request. In my day‑to‑day life I’m a quiet, responsible tenant. I don’t smoke and I spend most of my free time at home relaxing, playing videogames, practicing music, and painting miniatures, as well as training in traditional Japanese martial arts a few evenings a week and as well as teaching kids/teenagers. I value a tidy, well‑looked‑after living space and I’m respectful of neighbours and building rules. I also have a full driving license and a car, so I would need a parking space.
